RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your new piece! We’re super proud of them, but if for any reason you’re not happy with your order you have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. 

To initiate a return simply drop us a line at yeehaw.customerservice@gmail.com. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not returned in its original condition or is damaged.

If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Each piece has been polished and worked by hand, valuing each unique detail, therefore it may contain imperfections and particularities that make this piece unrepeatable. We do not offer returns for these types of particularities as they are part of the design and irregular finish of our pieces. Please bear this in mind before ordering. 

However if upon reception, the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item,  please contact us immediately.

Bricks And Disorder is not responsible for defects due to damage caused by improper or negligent use, alterations, and aesthetic damage due to normal wear and ageing.

Refunds

The purchase amount will be refunded once the returned product is received at the mentioned address. 

Refunds are always made to the credit card used to place the order, The refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product. Depending on the bank, the transaction usually takes between 3 and 5 business days.
